NOTICE:
The Webster Police Department is currently in possession of the following found/unclaimed/potential recovered stolen property:
- A collection of comic books
The described property is presently in the custody of the Webster Police Department, located at 217 Pennsylvania Ave., Webster, Texas. The owner has a right to claim the property within 90 days from the date of this publication upon presenting proof of ownership, which may include any of the Following:
- A dated receipt of purchase of the item(s)
- A prior stolen/lost property report with a police agency for the item(s)
- A photograph with him/herself with the item(s) in the picture
- Unique characteristics of the item(s)
Claimant must also present a valid driver’s license or state issued photo ID card
If the property is not claimed by its owner(s) within 90 days, the property will be disposed of and the proceeds, after deducting the reasonable expense of keeping such property and the costs of the disposition, placed in the Treasury of the Municipality of the City of Webster.
