The primary function and intent of the City of Webster Mosquito Control Program is to provide protection for health, safety, and welfare of the community.
Due to the recent change in temperature and the reduction in the mosquito population, mosquito operations ceased on November 1, 2025. Preventive measures will continue to take place throughout the year. Staff will continue to monitor conditions and will spray as needed.
